All orders are dispatched within 24hrs of receiving your order. Your goods are sent via Australia Post for delivery within 2-4 working days to most parts of Australia. If your address is in a remote area the delivery time could be longer. Please ensure your details and address is correct and up to date.
Fox & Willow Boutique can take no responsibility or offer store credits on orders that have gone missing because of incorrectly provided details. We do not accept any responsibility after your parcel is lodged at Australia Post for any items missing or damaged.
Due to the high number of fraudulent orders, we no longer can ship outside of Australia.
At Fox & Willow Boutique we have a few simple rules for returns.
1. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached. For hygienic reasons intimates, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
Now for the fine print.
Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer. We cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Fox & Willow Boutique reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in as new condition. Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will received an email with details of the Store Credit.
Once you have worn your Avarca's we can't not accept any returns, simply because the leather would have started to soften and mould to your foot within an hour of wearing them, thus becoming your own personal fit. We can't return them to the manufacturer and we can't sell them to another customer. If the stitching has come undone or the heel strap has popped out, I will have the shoes repaired at my cost but that is all that will be offered. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers. We are happy to replace if possible, repair or store credit in the case of a manufacturing fault. Each label has their own procedures when returning faulty items, Fox & Willow will always adhere to those procedures and your patience in these matters is appreciated.
Sale items (if applicable)
No returns or exchanges are available on SALE items. There are no exceptions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Fox & Willow Boutique will pay for the cost of re-shipping any replacement item to you in case of faulty or damaged stock.
